These terms are an agreement between you and Cartava App LLC ("we", "us") about using Ball Knowledge. By using the app, you agree to them.

A free game, for fun

Ball Knowledge is a free game for entertainment. There's nothing to buy and no prizes. The money in Auction Draft is pretend and has no value. Please don't use the app for gambling or betting.

Stats may be out of date

Rosters and all-time stats come from public sources (including Sports Reference) and are bundled with the app at release. Players get traded, retire and climb the lists, so some information may be out of date or wrong. Don't rely on the app as a source of record.

Not affiliated with any league

Ball Knowledge is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NBA, the NFL, or any league, team or player. Athlete and team names are used only to identify them.

Be respectful with names

In online games, other players see the name you choose. Don't use names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, or that pretend to be someone else. The app blocks some words, but you're responsible for what you type.

We can remove players

A room's host can remove any player from their room. We may also remove players or rooms, or limit access to online play, if we believe someone is misusing it or breaking these terms.

The app is provided "as is"

We work to keep Ball Knowledge running, but we don't promise it will always be available, bug-free, or that online games won't be interrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cartava App LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Because the app is free, our total liability for any claim about it is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
